Told through the voices of its eccentric characters, Dogwood Blues is a story of a small southern town struggling with change. When gossipmonger Nell Sauls, a member of the fabulous Honeysuckle Bridge Club, gets wind of the recent events, she starts dropping gossip like bird poop over the historic district. • For me, this is restrained and for the second week running. I bought the Inspector Chopra book as I’ve read good reviews of the series and I love books set in India, I’ve not read the first book yet.
