Haiku Reviews

As will soon become clear when you read my haiku’s – I am not a natural poet, so be warned! While my haiku’s conform to the accepted structure of 3 lines of 5, 7 and 5 syllables respectively the aesthetics of the genre are a different proposition.

My idea was to try and capture the essence of the book I’ve been reading, especially if it’s also one requiring a review. Due to the compact nature of a haiku it really makes you think about the salient features of the plot, or the feelings the book evoked.

So for better or worse here are my haiku reviews.
